Shipping Policy

At Shahmeer Fabrics, we aim to provide a fast, reliable, and convenient delivery experience for our customers across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed today are dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 5,000.

  • Orders below Rs. 5,000 may be subject to applicable delivery charges.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where available.

Customers can use the provided tracking information to check their shipment status through the respective courier service.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.

  • Customers must pay the full order amount in cash to the courier rider at the time of delivery.

  • No discount is available on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • For orders above Rs. 10,000, a 10% advance payment is required before the order is processed.

7. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

Please check your order details before accepting the parcel.

8. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your Order Number.

Shahmeer Fabrics will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments. However, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shahmeer Fabrics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number.

If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your Order Number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

The issue will be reviewed according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
