2. Products & Product Information

For fabric products, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, photography, or screen settings.

3. Product Prices

All product prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, promotions, or offers at any time without prior notice.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where a pricing or technical error has occurred.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Email address, where applicable

  • Complete delivery address

  • Product and quantity details

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided by you.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in certain circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect order information.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at 0302-1000097 and provide your Order Number.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.

  • Customers must pay the full remaining order amount in cash to the courier rider at the time of delivery.

  • No discount is available on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Customers should ensure that the required amount is available when the parcel is delivered.

  • Customers are requested to check their order details and parcel condition before accepting the delivery, where possible.

  • For orders above Rs. 10,000, a 10% advance payment is required before the order is processed.

  • The remaining 90% amount must be paid in cash to the courier rider upon delivery.

  • Orders requiring an advance payment will only be dispatched after successful payment verification.

7. Online & Advance Payments

For bank transfers, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other available payment methods:

  • Customers must transfer the required amount to the payment details provided by Shahmeer Fabrics.

  • Payment must be successfully verified before the order is processed where applicable.

  • Customers may be required to provide a Transaction ID or payment screenshot for verification.

  • Customers should never share their OTP, PIN, password, card PIN, or banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent Shahmeer Fabrics.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed during regular business hours are generally dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be dispatched on the next working day.

The estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customer location

  • Courier operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or operational disruptions

  • Remote or restricted delivery areas

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 5,000.

  • Orders below Rs. 5,000 may be subject to applicable delivery charges.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed before order confirmation.

10. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Shahmeer Fabrics will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to receive the parcel

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because of incorrect information provided by the customer.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Details describing the issue

All requests will be reviewed according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

12. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products must meet the applicable return or exchange requirements.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange depending on their condition, use, customization, or other applicable restrictions.
